We are proud to present for sale, an exceptional example of the ultimate gentleman’s carriage and what was, at the time, the most powerful road going Bentley ever produced.

The Car
Our particular Arnage was supplied by Manchester Bentley on the 14th of July 2004 and to date, has covered just 51988 miles. It is finished in Royal Ebony metallic paintwork with Beluga hide
interior and is in beautiful condition throughout.
It also has some nice factory additions, such as the Le Mans Series wing vents (Y03), Mulliner wing badges (Y10), quad exhaust pipes with revised bumper (AER 0P2), body coloured lamp bezels (Y11) and 19" five spoke split rims in chrome (RAD CP7).
It has been very well looked after by its previous custodians, as is proved by the 13 stamps in its 2 service books (the first one is full!) Despite the last scheduled service being carried out just 2000 miles ago in March, we have given the Bentley an equivalent 10 year service as part of our in house pre-sale preparation, this included…

The Drive
Magic carpet ride is something of an overused cliché but in the case of our Bentley, its justified. The car wafts down the road with impeccable manners and unusually for a 2.5 tonne luxury car, doesn’t mind being hustled into corners either, if you are that way inclined.
It’s very quick too, with 453bhp and a colossal 645lb-ft of torque on tap, 60mph arrives in under 6 seconds and if you find a quiet stretch of autobahn, it will carry on accelerating, locomotive like, all the way to 170mph.
Our Bentley, as you would imagine, drives utterly without fault and feels just as tight and powerful as the day it rolled off of the Crewe production line
There are very few large, luxurious saloons that can also appeal to the driving enthusiast and nothing combines these two attributes quite like the Bentley Arnage

The Exterior
Maybe it’s the size, maybe it’s the shape, maybe it’s the almost blemish free Royal Ebony paintwork but my word this Arnage has presence, a lot of presence! From its long sculptured bonnet to its 4 oval tail pipes, it is arrow straight with a mile deep shine. The 19 inch 5 spoke split rim wheels have just been re powder coated in the correct chrome finish and are unmarked. All the badges, trim and glass are damage free and it has just under gone a full 2 stage machine polish, it truly does look spectacular.

The Interior
Inside it is an intimate cocoon of leather and walnut clad opulence. However the combination of Beluga hide and engine turned aluminium trim blows away any pretence of brashness, just exquisitely crafted sporting luxury.
The heated and electrically adjusted quilted front and rear seats are all in near perfect condition as are the carpets. All the 7 chrome ringed dials are clear and all work perfectly. The audio system has been upgraded to a Sony head unit which now gives the Bentley Bluetooth connectivity for phone and music streaming, DAB radio and USB connection All the trim and walnut veneer is damage free as is the beautiful leather headlining.
Moving to the boot, it is much the same story as the cabin, both Bentley umbrellas are present and all the carpets and trim are unmarked. The interior is again testament to Bentley’s incredible ability to combine sporting heritage with opulent luxury.

Conclusion
Even with the most cursory glance, it is clear that this lovely Bentley has been used respectfully and with care throughout its life. It presents beautifully both externally and internally, has an extensive service history and an advisory free MOT until the 26th of August next year.
The car also comes with 2 keys, V5, all of its original leather bound manuals, 2 Bentley service books, factory spec sheet, clean HPi report and MOT history printout..
There is no doubt the Bentley Arnage sits at the top of a very exclusive pile. It has an indefinable class and sense of occasion that none of it’s rivals can match and to own one, is a very special experience indeed.
